A Note to Realtors:
I work to keep the deal together.
I know you
have buyers/sellers who want to buy/sell their property.
The last thing you want to have happen is for a Home
Inspector break the deal. I will be very thorough in my
job, alert you of any problems (with the client's
permission), and always be honest and upfront.
If there is
a suggestion or recommendation I can make to keep your deal
together, I will make it.
My goal is
to establish a long term relationship, not to perform a
one-shot inspection!
