SELECT Inspection: Includes  everything listed in the Complete Inspection (below), PLUS a 90-day Limited Home Warranty to protect you during the already hectic move-in period!  Low deductible, and you choose your own repairperson.  Warranty provided by the American Home Warranty Company.

COMPLETE Inspection: Includes Summary Page, 50 page report, and over 500 inspection points. The detailed choice of most home buyers.  Findings are supported by digital photos.  Your report can be delivered on-site, mailed, or emailed, and includes a free digital (not a lab) Water Purity Test.

BASIC-4 Inspection: An economical alternative for Sellers, Investors, Landlords or budget-minded Buyers.  Without the depth  or photos of the Complete Home Inspection, it still addresses all the aspects of Roofing, Electrical, Plumbing and Heating, and answers issues posed by most insurance  companies.  Includes full Summary Page.
